Dr Paul G Ruff IV on the Wrinkle Erase for the Cause
“I came up with Wrinkle Erase for the Cause as a way to capitalize on something that I love to do and patients love to have done. For an entire day we inject Botox, Juvederm and Radiesse. We also have great raffle items from local businesses.
The proceeds from the day are donated to Living in Pink, a local charity that helps fund research.
We just held our second annual Wrinkle Erase for the Cure and to date we have raised over $65,000 for breast cancer research.”
“Our goal is to hold this event every year and raise more funds than each previous year until this terrible disease is eradicated.”
Early Breast Cancer Detection Saves Lives
Early breast cancer usually does not cause symptoms. This is why regular breast exams are important. As the cancer grows, symptoms may include:
- Breast lump or lump in the armpit that is hard, has uneven edges, and usually does not hurt
- Change in the size, shape, or feel of the breast or nipple — for example, you may have redness, dimpling, or puckering that looks like the skin of an orange
- Fluid coming from the nipple — may be bloody, clear to yellow, green, and look like pus
Men get breast cancer, too. Symptoms include breast lump and breast pain and tenderness.

My daughter had cancer. I understand first hand the effects of cancer on those suffering from it, and those who love them. Dr Ruff’s vision of donating a day’s worth of work to help find a cure for breast cancer is truly admirable.
